Delete your account

The app does not have a delete button yet. Email us and we will delete your account and the data linked to it.

How to ask

  • Email support@vitamood.app from the email address you use to sign in.
  • Use the subject line "Delete my account".
  • We confirm by email when the deletion is done, within one month.

What we delete

  • Your account: email address, user ID and sign-in details held by Firebase Authentication.
  • Your daily check-in counter.
  • Your customer record at RevenueCat, our subscription service.

What stays

  • Recordings on your phone. Delete the app to remove them.
  • Your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings, or it keeps renewing.
  • Purchase records that Apple or Google keep as the seller.
